11:00 am Grades 6-8 (O'Bryan, Solko, Medina)
11:20 am Grades K-1 (Wakely, Corral, Nix)
11:45 am Grades 2-3 (Maestas, Powell, Barnette, Johnson)
12:00 pm Grades 4-5 (Olszewski, Marshall, Schineller)
Each student is welcome to enjoy one free BREAKFAST and one free LUNCH each day!
As they line up in the cafeteria to receive food, all students will key in their 6-digit student number to receive breakfast and/or lunch. Their student number can be located via the Parent Portal on Infinite Campus.
BREAKFAST:
Bus Students - As students arrive at CVA, they will have the option to receive breakfast and eat that at the tables provided, or they can go to their line to wait for the school day to start if they do not want breakfast. Kindergarten and 1st-grade students will be escorted to their classrooms once they are finished eating; all other students will wait in the gymnasium after eating to be dismissed for 8 o'clock arrival.
Drop-Off Students -
Kinder & 1st grade: students will be escorted through the front doors by staff to their classrooms to drop off their belongings, then a staff member will take them to receive breakfast.
2nd-8th graders: starting at 7:45, students who would like to receive breakfast can exit vehicles and enter the gymnasium via the south doors (blacktop area) to receive breakfast; they will sit at the provided tables to enjoy their meal before heading to their classroom.
LUNCH:
Students who are receiving lunch will line up in the cafeteria to receive their meal; they will key in their 6-digit student number provided to them by their teacher (staff also will be available to help students with this aspect as we acclimate to the new process - this information is also available via the Parent Portal on Infinite Campus), then they will receive their lunch, and enjoy!
Each student is welcome to enjoy one free BREAKFAST and one free LUNCH each day! If your student(s) would like additional portions, those are available for purchase; SVVSD has added CVA to RevTrak, so parents can start adding money to student accounts (as of this email, SVVSD was still working on getting our school's button added to the website: RevTrak ); payments can also be accepted at the front desk - please include student name and grade, and that the payment goes toward breakfast/lunch purchases! We have attached information regarding creating an account on RevTrak for your student.
Benefits to Submitting a Meal Application Family Income Form
If you have not yet completed the requested income forms (Free and reduced Meal Application), please do so! This application helps us to ensure the district receives appropriate funding both in the classroom (general fund) and at meal time (meal program fund)!

All students at Carbon Valley Academy will have access to free healthy, nutritious school meals beginning in the 2023-24 school year thanks to the Health School Meals for All program approved by Colorado voters.
Here is some additional information and a few important reminders about what this means for our schools and families.
Please continue to fill out the Free and Reduced Price Lunch form. While meals will be provided for free to all St Vrain students through Healthy School Meals for All, it’s important for us to continue gathering this information to receive full access to available federal funds that support nutritional programs at your school.
We ask all CVA K-8 families to please complete the form during registration for the 2023-24 school year. By providing this information, you will help our district access all available funds to cover the cost of meals and other nutritional programs for students. Plus, families who fill out the form may qualify to receive discounted school fees, utilities support, and more!All household income information provided through this form is strictly confidential and protected by law. Only one form is required for all children in the household. Immigration, migrant, citizenship, or refugee status is not required when completing the form.
